Designing for Services

I believe clear and accessible design isn’t just good practice, it’s essential, especially when it comes to government services. These platforms serve everyone, including people with disabilities, those with lower digital literacy, and communities who rely on assistive technology to navigate the world. When services are intuitive and inclusive, we reduce barriers and make life easier for millions. Looking ahead, I see assistive technology becoming even more seamless, with AI-driven personalisation, voice navigation, and real-time accessibility adjustments making digital experiences more adaptive. WCAG guidelines are evolving to keep pace, and I’m excited to see (and contribute to) a future where accessibility isn’t an afterthought but a fundamental part of design from the start.
